UPDATED: Ticket Holders Irate Over Lineup of Gordy’s Hwy 30 Texas Festival

UPDATE: 9/16/2024 4:00 CDT: After Saving Country Music first posted this story Monday morning, Thursday night headliner Reckless Kelly pulled out of Gordy’s HWY 30 Music Fest Texas. Then Monday afternoon, Gordy’s HWY 30 Music Fest Texas officially announced it is postponing the 2024 festival. A statement from Hwy 30 Fest reads,
To our incredible #Hwy30 family,
As you know, we’ve always been the “People’s Festival” from day one, and we want you to know we’re listening.
After much deliberation with our team, we have made the extremely difficult decision to postpone this year’s music fest in Fort Worth. While we were overjoyed to welcome so many exciting and talented artists to the stage, we want to ensure that we also take the time to slow down, regroup and come back stronger than ever in 2025.
As many of you know, Gordy has been facing some significant health challenges, and right now, his focus needs to be on rest and healing. We know how much this event means to you all. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and unwavering support. Ticket holders will also be emailed directly. Stay tuned, stay safe, and we’ll see you next year!
UPDATE: 9/16/2024 12:53 CDT: Reckless Kelly has withdrawn from Gordy’s Hwy 30 Music Festival as the Thursday night headliners. The band says in a statement, “Reckless Kelly regrets to announce that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be performing at Gordy’s HWY 30 Music Fest Texas in Fort Worth on 10-17-24. We send our best to Gordy and the HWY 30 family, and wish the artists and attendees an successful event.”

Original Story Below:
For the last six weeks or so, Saving Country Music has been monitoring and investigating the drama-filled lineup rollout of “Gordy’s Hwy 30 Music Festival Texas Edition” set to happen for the second year at the Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, October 17th-20th. After endless delays, warning signs, excuse videos from hot tubs, and a (potential) heart attack suffered by the promoter, the lineup has finally been revealed … and you could almost laugh at how ridiculous some of the names included are.
Folks who purchased non-refundable early bird tickets during last year’s event, they’re not laughing though. Considering this is supposed to be a Texas country festival, they are extremely angry and frustrated after anticipating a somewhat similar experience to 2023. This includes many patrons from around the United States who booked travel arrangements and vacation time to attend.
The headliners for last year’s inaugural Gordy’s Hwy 30 Texas Edition were Zach Bryan, Cody Jinks, Koe Wetzel, and Dierks Bentley—four indisputable headliners in country. The undercard also included Gary Clark Jr., Shane Smith and the Saints, Ashley McBryde, Charles Wesley Godwin, Whitey Morgan, and so on. It was a massive 4-day blowout with one of the best lineups in country music all year.
What will the lineup be in 2024? After waiting until the last possible minute to reveal the headliners (five weeks out), Gordy’s Hwy 30 Music Festival Texas Edition has announced three-time accused rapist Nelly as the Friday headliner, Vanilla Ice and Color Me Badd as Saturday headliners, along with (strangely) Reckless Kelly for Thursday night, and ’90s country band Lonestar on Sunday.
For those who are unaware, Gordy’s Hwy 30 Music Festival has been a mainstay event for both big independent country artists and mainstream up-and-comers in Filer, Idaho since 2014. Promoter Gordy Schroeder started the event as a fundraiser about 16 years ago, and it slowly morphed into the Hwy 30 Festival. This year the June 19-22 festival featured Morgan Wade, Charles Wesley Godwin, The Steel Woods, as well as mainstream names like Chase Rice. The festival has always catered to more of a country rock sound.
But it appears that Gordy bit off a bit more than he could chew for the 2023 event down in Texas. Unable to pull together a comparable lineup to last year—or event to the smaller Idaho fest—he’s turned to washed up hip-hop headliners, perhaps hoping they will be comparable enough draws to stave off a class action lawsuit.
The 2023 Lineup:

Current ticket holders first started to feel uneasy when the first rounds of performers for 2024 were announced, and they were all mostly local bands and artists, including a couple known primarily as cover bands. No offense to these performers, but they did not size up to last year’s undercard of Mike and the Moonpies, American Aquarium, Ray Wylie Hubbard, and Cody Canada and the Departed. But since tickets were non-refundable, patrons had no other choice but to hold out hope the lineup would improve over time.
Then there were endless delays with announcing any of the headliners. Gordy’s wife Meg fell ill and was in the hospital, which was cited in part for the delays. But when Reckless Kelly was announced for the Thursday night headliner, people really started to sense a bait and switch was under way. Again, no offense to Reckless Kelly, but they’re just not on the level of Zach Bryan or Dierks Bentley.
Gordy kept posting videos of himself hanging out in a hot tub, promising that more information was coming. On August 26th, Gordy said, “I know everyone’s wanting answers and everything. Here’s what we got. I need you to mark your calendars because September 6th … mark your calendars, September 6th. All of the questions … everything you’ve been asking for, you’re gonna get. On September 6th. Okay? I know that maybe not exactly what you wanted to hear. But September 6th is the day.”
This was already after endless delays and frustration by ticket holders, who Gordy always referred to less like paying patrons, and more like “family” in his personal, and very personality-driven marketing style. Then when September 6th came, Gordy claimed to have a heart attack, and pictures of him in the hospital were posted. There was also no mention of headliners or lineup additions. Then finally over the last week, the festival has revealed the headliners of Nelly, Lonestar, as well as the “I love the ’90s Tour” with Vanilla Ice, All 4 One, Dj Kool, Color Me Badd, Tag Team, and DJ Scribble.
Saving Country Music reached out to the Texas Motor Speedway on numerous occasions as it looked like the festival might be canceled, as well as the booking agents for multiple bands that performed both at the festival in Texas last year and the festival in Idaho this year, attempting to find out if there were any issues with payment to the bands or other problems.
Nobody is talking. This is a common dilemma when it comes to festivals. Debtees do not want to go on record bad mouthing a promoter since they’re holding out hope for eventual payment for their clients. However, Saving Country Music has heard from a source that claims there are multiple entities that were not paid from the previous year’s festival in Texas. Meanwhile, ticket holders were left in the dark since nobody wanted to talk about it publicly.
It’s not uncommon for festivals to sell discounted tickets for the next year during the current year’s festival. Often this helps to pay down all expenses for the current year. But if expenses run too high and people do not get paid, it results in a ponsi type scenario where future tickets sales are constantly floating past debt.
For Gordy’s part, he seems to be someone who wants to support the music and throw a big party, and perhaps his heart was in the right place putting on a festival in Texas. But he might have gone too big with his Texas edition fest in 2023. Potentially, booking agents in the country space and at the big agencies decided to stop working with him, and so he had to switch genres to secure his headliner talent for 2024.
If there is any consolation for ticket holders, there are still a decent amount of good bands on the lineup. Micky and the Motorcars, Tylor and the Train Robbers (all from Idaho like Gordy), as well as The Lowdown Drifters, Wes Shipp, and Joe Stamm Band are all on the 2024 lineup. But nobody should be under the illusion that the bands are in any way comparable to what the Texas Edition of Gordy’s Hwy 30 Fest was in 2023, or that Nelly and Vanilla Ice are in any way related to Texas country music.
Ticket holders deserve a real explanation of what happened. And instead of booking bad hip-hop acts for a country fest, Gordy should have scaled back the festival to a more sustainable level, and tried to build it back up over time, and offered refunds to ticket holders.
The health issues Gordy and his wife suffered may be real and serious. But as the most popular comment under the full festival lineup states perfectly,
Please do not take our disappointment personally, this is about your business, not your health and wellbeing; I’m sure we all want the best for you and your families, and I will be sending all my good everything your way! However, if you were a music fan purchasing tickets based off last years line up and then this was finally released 5 weeks before the festival, I’d know you feel our disappointment. Owning the issue would go a long way with your fans, I’m sure, but y’all are not even acknowledging everyone’s concerns!! Treating your fans like friends and family goes both ways, we can be here for yall and be understanding, but you’ve gotta do the same for us in order for us to remain fans. I’ve heard nothing but incredible things about the two of you on a personal level, but as a fan that is not in the inner circle, I feel like I’ve been cheated out of money that I work hard for and time spent planning to attend an event that is not as advertised. I’m crushed.
September 16, 2024 @ 8:11 am
They should have announced the lineup like….Whoomp! There It Is.
September 16, 2024 @ 8:59 am
I had to check three times to confirm it is not April 1. They clearly went broke after last year. And if I pre-purchased I would be irate (and I love RK, MMC, and Tylor).
September 16, 2024 @ 9:18 am
Who inserts their own name into the name of a music festival?
September 16, 2024 @ 10:23 am
Del McCoury, and I’ve enjoyed every DelFest I’ve ever attended.
September 16, 2024 @ 11:01 am
Slightly different situation. Del McCoury is a performer and musical institution.
September 16, 2024 @ 1:09 pm
Fair.
September 16, 2024 @ 11:03 am
Edit: what music promotor inserts their own name into the name of a music festival?
September 16, 2024 @ 9:20 am
In 2002, the top billers here would have been a high-end lineup.
Also: Color Me Badd still exists? Color me surprised.
September 16, 2024 @ 1:54 pm
That’s what I was thinking about Vanilla Ice. I wonder if Vanilla will do ‘Ninja Rap’ from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2. Man I was excited for that when I was 9 years old.
September 16, 2024 @ 9:25 am
That’s cold as ice, baby.
September 16, 2024 @ 9:42 am
Ticket buyers need to drop that zero and find them a hero.
September 16, 2024 @ 12:58 pm
“I got that from the Disney Channel.”
September 16, 2024 @ 9:41 am
I actually feel bad for many of the bands on the lower portion of the lineups. I expect that many of these bands will be pretty good and I will find a few new favorites, but with such unappealing headliners (except for Reckless Kelly – one of my favorites), the exposure that they will get will be a fraction of what could have been. I am one of many that brought the $100 early bird tickets and since I live very close will catch several of the bands on the undercard, but hard pass on Nelly, Vanilla Ice, and Hinder.
September 16, 2024 @ 10:11 am
Oh, well this is all because they outsourced finding and signing the talent to my cousin in 1992.
September 16, 2024 @ 10:24 am
I would not be buying the early bird ticket again…..just not the music I want to hear from some of those named.
September 16, 2024 @ 10:51 am
Wow. If I’d been one of those early bird ticket buyers I’d be incandescent with rage right about now. Talk about going from filet mignon to dogshit.
(Well, in large part. I do see there is some actual talent on that bill. But compared to last year, holy shit.)
September 16, 2024 @ 10:56 am
As messed up as this is, it’s also pretty funny. I don’t know why but I’ve always been amused by tales of cheapskates/bargain hunters money saving efforts backfiring.
September 16, 2024 @ 11:00 am
The story has been updated. Reckless Kelly has just withdrawn as Thursday night headliners. I would not be surprised if more performers pull out soon as well.
September 16, 2024 @ 11:25 am
A perfect example of caveat emptor.
September 16, 2024 @ 11:41 am
My heart goes out to these ” little guy” promoters who operate outside of the LiveNation game. These guys are to be admired, and I am happy to support them when I can. But let’s do an honest assessment, there are simply put, too many music festivals out there competing for Country/ Roots talent. It’s not sustainable. And they are all competing to get Zach Bryan, Turnpike, Jinks, Ferrell, Red Clay Strays, Childers, and the like each year. We’ll, guess what, being one of those in demand names gives them negotiating power to pick the best financial option.
Lame lineup. If you would have told me 5 years ago that in time Nelly and Vanilla Ice would one day headline country fests, I’d have called you crazy. ..yet here we are. This appears to be a doomed event. I’ve personally known a promoter in Tennessee who didn’t have the money to pay the artists at his festival. It put him out. No one will do business with you once that happens. Not saying this is the case here, but rightly , one wonders. Or is there no headline Country talent available for those dates?
Personally, I’ve been predicting that many of the mom and pop fests in time are gonna go under. There’s just sooo many out there. Yet, I find myself still rooting for them. Just watched a recent YouTube piece on the dominance of LiveNation and Ticketmaster squeezing out the little guys. It’s no joke, it’s happening all the time. And the attitude of the LiveNation CEO, is that prices are par for what is being offered. He sees concerts as ultra luxury items like Prada handbags, his analogy, BTW. I know Trig regularly reports on this.
September 16, 2024 @ 11:55 am
“If you would have told me 5 years ago that in time Nelly and Vanilla Ice would one day headline country fests, I’d have called you crazy. ..yet here we are.”
No, we’re not here, any more than it’s customary for a festival to announce their headliners five weeks out.
I do feel bad for local and independent promoters as well. That is why I spent this last weekend in Bristol covering the Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion. But they also need to live within your means. Gordy did book Zach Bryan and Cody Jinks. He probably couldn’t afford them. Now you have a lot of hard working people out of money for tickets to an event they have no desire to go to.
I do feels bad for this event. But the way to handle this is to be honest with the public and scale back. My guess is they didn’t have the financial means to cancel and do refunds.
September 16, 2024 @ 12:33 pm
Here we are, as in this case, it’s happening. I’m not portending a trend. But, Nelly figures prominently on the Stagecoach lineup, previously discussed. Look, I get it, Promoter has likely screwed up. And he will pay the price. I’m not defending him per se, I don’t even know the guy. Simply saying, I know these little indie promoters swim against a powerful current, and I’m more likely to support one of them than a mega LiveNation event. Also not saying you feel different. If anything you and I are on the same page.
I don’t know a path forward for Gordy. He’s in a predicament.
September 16, 2024 @ 3:25 pm
If you have money to blow or perhaps a government entity with something like tourism dollars to float you then go right ahead and be big. When you don’t you have to do your homework. Especially in this current climate. You can’t feel bad for them.
There’s only one way to go in the concert/festival world if you’re doing it correctly. That start small and work your way up. If you don’t then can easily be screwed. If you work your way down then it’s just a matter of time before you fail. People can see it even if it’s little by little. You can’t start with say 3 stages and all of a sudden have one the next year or even two.
You have to see if there’s a market there.
February 2, 2025 @ 7:00 am
Everything I just read is so very true and what stands out the most is for them to just BE HONEST.
The world has a way of karma about it is all I can say and apparently years of little and big broken promises have caught up to them.
I can honestly say that not ONE single promise he made (and there were several) came to fruition.
Recent text about a month ago saying I was top
Priority to his bankruptcy attorney on getting me paid yet Meg said “leave us alone”
when I ask for some actual timeline and what ownership of my money they would repay …..And then states “
She’s only worried about Gordy’s health”
I suppose me getting hundreds of thousands ripped from my family has no importance at all.
They begged for me to secure Nelly for the festival , I made it happen but not a word on restructuring that “unsigned” contract to get my money back either .
I’ll be knee deep in this process with slim chances to ever fully recover anything 😐
September 16, 2024 @ 12:30 pm
“no offense to Reckless Kelly, but they’re just not on the level of Zach Bryan or Dierks Bentley”
Maybe not in terms of popularity, but (and no offense to Dierks or Zach Bryan), I’d listen to Reckless Kelly any day of the week over those two.
September 16, 2024 @ 4:24 pm
Yes. But Zach is the benchmark, at least for some. Not me.
September 16, 2024 @ 12:31 pm
Assume this is probably a death blow for ID’s HWY 30 festival as well. Bummer.
September 16, 2024 @ 12:49 pm
I just saw the Reckless Kelly announcement on Facebook.
”Reckless Kelly limited who can comment on this post.”
Mmm-hmmm, I just bet they did.
September 16, 2024 @ 12:50 pm
Part of me feels bad that fans might have cost RK a nice check, but good God I would have legitimately assumed that 2024 poster was some goofy internet parody if I wouldn’t have seen it here.
Just an absolute disaster on Gordy’s part. Better to have nothing at all, apologize and roll deposits forward for the next year, than to make a mockery of your brand and destroy all goodwill.
September 16, 2024 @ 1:09 pm
Horror stories from the Filer, ID festival that was basically a festival of underage drunks talking through all the performances……and that was a spectacular line-up. Security doing nothing and even bouncing some festival goers who were trying to listen to the music and confronting the “parties” occurring in the crowd that were drowning out the performers. Seems to be something fundamentally wrong with the Gordy’s festivals.
September 16, 2024 @ 1:29 pm
Man you hit the nail on the head. I don’t have a lot of expectations at a festival but I was pretty disappointed in how things were handled, or more like not handled, in Idaho
September 16, 2024 @ 6:30 pm
The awesome thing about Filer is that all the dunk kids go there now and not to BBR. The rise of Filer has been the return of BBR to the good old days.
February 21, 2025 @ 1:55 pm
Yes I went for year s to filer since it started . Last year I did not , it’s getting out of control. Sad..
September 16, 2024 @ 1:22 pm
I’m an independent promoter in another genre for over 15 years. It has gotten extremely difficult post covid. I pair a B level festival artist with a C level (step above a regional artist). I charge between $60 and $125 with $5 flat ticket fees, for a full evening of live entertainment. Pre-covid my event would sell out 1 to 2 weeks ahead of the event date. Not anymore. I have yet to sell out post covid and I fight for every ticket sold. The overhead cost are fixed. The revenue is a variable. It’s a tough business model now days.
September 16, 2024 @ 1:27 pm
Not as bad but same thing happened in Idaho this year. Cody Jinks was a big draw, then after presale it was announced the same way, due to unforeseen circumstances he was out. Lots of folks were not happy. Honestly I think the Steelwoods being on their last tour saved the day. This was my first Highway 30 fest in Idaho this year and although we enjoyed some of the earlier acts, the later acts didn’t seem to fit the independent country vibe. We may be back next year, but certainly won’t be buying tickets in advance.
September 16, 2024 @ 1:51 pm
The disrespect to reckless kelly is crazy lol. Literally one of the few actual texas country bands on the list. I would have pulled out too
September 16, 2024 @ 6:07 pm
To be clear, you think the HWY30 people were disrespecting Reckless Kelly with that lineup? Because if so, I agree.
January 30, 2025 @ 1:16 pm
Cody cancelled in Idaho 2024 because he wasn’t paid for Texas 2023.
September 16, 2024 @ 1:56 pm
additional update, officially cancelled.
September 16, 2024 @ 2:08 pm
Gordy cancelled the event!
September 16, 2024 @ 4:03 pm
Trig – are you hearing / seeing the posts from Cross Canadian Ragweed?! Covered shield with 2025.
September 16, 2024 @ 6:21 pm
I don’t think it’s gonna be a reunion. Cody had some =not-so-complimentary things to say about those agitating for that earlier this year.
September 16, 2024 @ 6:25 pm
Yes I am.
September 16, 2024 @ 4:06 pm
sh** ton of DJ’s
September 16, 2024 @ 5:01 pm
If anyone sees this and likes their country more to the alt/rock side Kenny Feilder is legit. He makes some really sad songs that sometime make me feel better, sometimes they make me feel worse. But they are good songs.
“Miles City” below is a gem.

September 16, 2024 @ 6:02 pm
At first I laughed, then I felt a bit sad. Must have been an act of utter desperation to tap I Love The 90’s as your Saturday headliner. Not that there’s anything wrong with Vanilla Ice and Color Me Badd, but they had to have known the ticket holders were not going to be pleased.
Four days is too damn much. I went to a 3 day festival recently and by Day 3 I was feeling over it. This should have been scaled back to Saturday and Sunday with a little pre-party on Friday night. Maybe a 90’s themed pre-party heh heh
September 16, 2024 @ 8:10 pm
I bet Joe Stamm Band is glad this shit show got cancelled! Gordy handed them the get out of jail free card.
September 17, 2024 @ 8:32 am
This seemed like a shit show from the get. But I’m severely disappointed for Emily Hollinghsed. This was a big deal for her to play at a festival like this. We ran in the same circles when I lived in Tulsa and this girl kicks ass. Y’all go check her out.

There used to be a guy back in the ’90s who had a Cassette/CD manufacturing business. My first band used this business for our first indie album. When our product didn’t come on the scheduled date, the guy assured us it was a shipping error, and he’d have our albums the next week or so. When the time came and went, and our album still hadn’t arrived, I contacted the guy, and he suddenly had a heart attack.
A few years later, I ran into our former drummer’s at a gig with his new band, and he said his band had recorded an album, and had used the same guy to manufacture. Interestingly enough, the product was late, and the guy had another ‘heart attack’. I don’t know what ever happened to the guy or his company, but I’m guessing he eventually went out of business.
Oh yeah, the lineup for this festival sucked. Lol.
September 20, 2024 @ 5:00 pm
Has anyone heard anything about a class action lawsuit for refunds? Also, I know this goes a lot deeper and I can’t wait for some of these truths to come out. Everyone is talking about how amazing the owners are, but a taste on money and power can change a person for the worst. This is fraud and they are crooks.
September 26, 2024 @ 12:34 pm
I posted about contacting a lawyer on their FB page but I since have been blocked from their page. If you want more info please let me know. I have also reached out to my bank and hoping to get a refund from them as of now I have a temp credit I also filed a claim with the Texas AG.

This lineup and cancellation reminds me of an earlier festival that was to take place in Dallas, TX back in 2017 called aTrolla. It was to feature several rock/pop acts of the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s.
The way it was designed was to have two alternating stages so that one could catch all of the acts scheduled to perform. aTrolla was set to feature: Peter Cetera, KC & the Sunshine Band, Survivor, Dionne Warwick, Grand Funk Railroad, etc… In preparation I had bought vinyl LPs for all of the featured acts (except Carolyn Wonderland), thirteen in all, with the hope of getting at least a few signed.
However, it became somewhat evident that the festival was in trouble. First, the promoters offered early-bird ticket purchasers the opportunity to buy additional tickets at %50 off. Then a few weeks later, I received an e-mail stating that instead of using a microchip wristband, the festival had decided to refund all purchasers $10.00, but we had to print our own tickets. No problem, but then on the Thursday before the scheduled Saturday (May 6) festival we all received an e-mail stating the festival had been cancelled.
September 24, 2024 @ 11:38 am
I have contacted a class action attorney to look into this! What they did is so wrong and not offering a refund is basically stealing and the insurance won’t even cover it. If you would like to reach out to the attorney her name is Juliette and she needs more information from people.

There’s so much more to this story that truly deserves to be shared. I jumped in wholeheartedly to support Gordys family in their efforts to save the festival. Throughout this challenging journey, I not only lost a significant amount of money, but I also discovered the harsh reality of the individuals I was trying to help. I genuinely believed we were friends, sharing the same birthday 5 years apart , both being military veterans, and having a mutual love for music. I also manage my son’s band, which was set to perform at the festival.
After months spent searching for and securing sponsorships and negotiating with talent, I faced a moral dilemma: should I “tell a lie” or be honest? I chose the latter. When Gordy’s buying agent suggested that I inform the artists’ agents that the festival would proceed without ticket sales—due to upset festival goers on the talent chosen and due to Gordy’s absence—I decided against it. As a result, I lost a substantial amount of money, even though there were no signed contracts, as festival promo had been released for a few days. Finding talent willing to participate was particularly challenging, given the prior year’s festival, where a couple of more artists were not paid.
Here’s where it gets particularly intriguing. I also own a roofing company and had assisted Gordy’s family with their roofing claim. To secure payment, I had to file a lien on their property because the funds that would have covered my roofing work had already been allocated to the artists. After two weeks of being misled about the whereabouts of the insurance check, Meg finally admitted that it had all been spent. Ultimately, all the money invested in securing talent for this festival came from me.
Ironically, just before the festival, Gordy fell ill, canceled the event, and left everything in my hands. Now, both he and his wife have instructed me to leave them alone, claiming it was a risk I took and assuring me that I would be compensated through the roofing portion next month at closing. Well how kind of them , as I expected to receive that payment because I followed through with a lien on the property after uncovering all the deception.
I was misled by both Gordy and an attorney during a three-way meeting with Texas Motor Speedway, where they attempted to pull the plug on the festival right after I made deposits to the artists, due to nonpayment. They assured me that the payment I was making to Texas Motor Speedway was for the 2024 festival. In a desperate attempt to save the festival, I paid the large sum, only to later discover that the funds I contributed were actually owed debt from the 2023 event. I specifically asked Gordy why such a large amount was necessary for the 2024 festival, and he falsely claimed I should have seen the cost they were charges from the previous year and this was for this years fee
Now, I’m being told to leave them alone, with no clarity on ever recovering a dollar of the hundreds of thousands I lost—just vague reassurances that I would be compensated through the roofing claim next month. This is the kind of people we’re dealing with, who claim they will return to Texas for a festival this year to assist upset ticket holders. Given the recent tactics I’ve witnessed, I’m skeptical that this will ever happen, and I certainly don’t trust them.
I genuinely hope that if Gordy is indeed ill, he recovers soon, and that he and his wife realize that lying to someone while mishandling their personal money as a loan to bail them out is a disastrous combination.
I hope all you 3000 plus ticket holders get the festival you paid for but chances are slim in my opinion.

I’m sorry that you have lost so much money! I have been able to recover a small portion of my money but I am still fighting it with the credit card company. With this post it might actually help. They are hoping that everyone will forget about it and cut their losses yet they are still selling tickets to their other concert. These people are scammers. Maybe they didn’t start out that way but Meg is the sole CFO and the only employee! They own a house in Dallas they purchased with the 2023 money and their home in Idaho. I can’t understand why the Texas governor hasn’t looked into this either. I did submit a report about the Texas concert with no response and nothing from the attorney.

I am working on gathering documents to send to the AG. This time I am mailing the infomation not filling out the form online. This is stealing especially when it comes to you paying for the venue that should have been covered with the 75k people who went in 2023! Where did all the money go????
