Jimmie Allen Found Liable in Sexual Assault Case

Editor’s Note: This report contains details of sexual assault.
Jimmie Allen has been found liable in a sexual assault case that had a woman accusing him of raping her in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2022, and secretly taping the incident on a hidden phone. This was the second of two sexual assault cases brought against the once promising country star.
Instead of a judge or a jury finding Jimmie Allen guilty, the Federal Court in Tennessee declared on Monday, August 18th that Allen forfeited his right to defend himself against the accusations by flouting multiple court-imposed deadlines and orders in the lawsuit as it worked through the discovery process.
“The defendants throughout have failed to comply with case management discovery deadlines and even failed to comply with specific orders of this court,” the judge said. “For these reasons, the plaintiff’s motion for sanctions and judgment against defendants Jimmie Allen and Aadyn’s Dad Touring Inc. is granted.”
Now, the plaintiff, known as Jane Doe 2, can pursue a request with the court for financial restitution for battery, assault, invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress, which the court will weigh before coming to a final judgement.
Jane Doe 2 claims that she met Jimmie Allen on a flight. Afterwards, Allen’s bodyguard Charles Hurd followed her into the airport and told her that Allen wanted her phone number, which she provided. After months of calls and text messages between Allen and Jane Doe 2, they agreed to meet in Las Vegas at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in July of 2022. Jane Doe 2 voluntarily met Allen in the bedroom, but allegedly told him she was not on birth control and repeatedly said she did not want him to ejaculate inside of her.
According to the alleged victim, Jimmie Allen said he wanted to get her pregnant, and ultimately did ejaculate inside of her despite her requests. Distressed by the incident, Jane Doe 2 said she became desperate to get a separate hotel room and to find a morning after pill. As she was gathering her belongings to leave the room, she discovered a cell phone set up in a closet focused on the bed and recording their interaction.
“She had not consented to being recorded and did not know what he intended to do with the recording,” Jane Doe 2’s lawyers say. “Plaintiff grabbed the phone, stopped the recording, and hit delete. However, she could not further access the phone without his passcode and knew that the video would still exist in his deleted items folder.”
While Jimmie Allen was passed out, Jane Doe 2 took the phone with her, booked a new flight to her home in Sacramento, California, and gave the phone over to the local police when she arrived. The local police then told the alleged victim to report the incident to the Las Vegas Police Department.
Along with finding Jimmie Allen liable, the court also determined Aadyn’s Dad Touring liable as well—the company that employed Allen’s bodyguard, Charles Hurd. Allen had been accused throughout the process of delaying the lawsuit, including not turning over records, and changing lawyers four times as a delay tactic.
In March of 2024, Jimmie Allen settled the first of the two sexual assault cases for an undisclosed amount.
On May 11th, 2023, Jimmie Allen’s former day-to-day manger filed suit in Tennessee and accused the singer of scores of incidents where she was allegedly raped and sexually assaulted over multiple months, including during trips to prominent television appearances and other events. This included one incident where she woke up naked in a hotel room in severe pain, bleeding vaginally, and not being able to recall anything from the previous evening. Jimmie Allen was beside her in bed, and insisting she take a morning after pill. The victim says this is how she lost her virginity.
Further incidents were also chronicled in a detailed article in Variety, including an incident where the alleged victim sought medical treatment at a hospital, and says Jimmie Allen took video and nude photos of her to coerce her silence, and to use as blackmail against her. For Jimmie Allen’s part, he acknowledged a sexual relationship with the victim, but claims it was consensual.
Allen was married at the time, but announced his separation from his wife shortly before the allegations came to light. It was also revealed that Allen had fathered twins with another woman while he was married.

Are all of these charges in civil court or are any criminal cases?
August 18, 2025 @ 6:30 pm
This particular matter was the result of a civil court case. As it states in the article, the victim did reach out to police departments in both Sacramento and Las Vegas after the incident happened. Rape and sexual assault charges are notoriously difficult to prove in a court of law. This is why sexual assault victims often choose civil action, and some District Attorneys even recommend it. In this case, you have to think that if Jimmie Allen was in any way falsely accused, he’d expend even a modicum of effort to defend himself, which he didn’t. Perhaps by just doing nothing, he believes he can leave open some plausible deniability of wrongdoing as opposed to being directly found of wrongdoing after fighting the charges and losing. I really have no idea. But after two lawsuits, a side piece with twins while he was married, and the common thread of wanting to get women pregnant while videoing it all on his phone, I think it is safe to say there is at least some fire with all this smoke.
August 18, 2025 @ 8:43 pm
Jimmie Allen being a scumbag is not mutually exclusive from the fact that the women listed here all have severe moral problems and issues themselves. Twins willingly getting involved with the same man is as bad as infedility…wtf. How is a coworker continually putting herself in the same situation for months to where she keep getting raped by the same coworker? Any woman who is down to fuck on the first meet with a celebrity has moral issues. There are two sides to sexual depravity, both partners willing to engage in this stuff to where it’s normal for Allen to keep doing and get off on it. Yeah the woman who said no to him nutting in her but a woman who had so little discretion as to have unprotected sex on a first meet with a celebrity is just as likely to have cheated on a partner to do so.
Some dots just aren’t connecting here.
August 18, 2025 @ 10:11 pm
Just blame the victim some more. People like you give country fans a bad name.
August 19, 2025 @ 6:37 am
This is why women make false accusations because most people take their side of the story without question even when severe incongruties exist. This is also why women will willingly put themselves in bad situations because as soon as they make an accusation, the kneejerk reaction is to completely believe their side of the story even when the facts add up to them making bad decisions for their own well-being.
If saying “don’t have unprotected sex with famous people, unless you want an STD and to be treated like dirt” is victim blaming, then yes I am victim blaming. Also if your employer takes a fancy to a good ol’ fashion graping, maybe don’t keep working there and letting it happen.
August 19, 2025 @ 7:33 am
“Also if your employer takes a fancy to a good ol’ fashion graping, maybe don’t keep working there and letting it happen.”
In both civil cases, employers were also part of the lawsuit.
Again, I understand the curiosity of some of why the women put themselves in these situations. It’s the fact that you’re trying to use that to excuse completely inexcusable behavior that’s the issue. How many more women need to come forward and accuse this guy of rape and inappropriate sexual behavior before you start to see a troubling pattern here? Oh, and then he doesn’t even make a cursory effort to defend himself.
August 19, 2025 @ 7:48 am
I never once excused it. I think it’s quite obvious I am taking the position against it and wanting less women to end up in these situations – I’m just coming at it from the angle of personal responsibility vs childlike wishing that the world was closer to a utopia where darkness doesn’t exist. It’s ridiculous that sex is the one area where it’s apperently not ok to tell people “hey there are guard rails here unless you want to risk bad things happening.” IDK why telling people not to have unprotected sex with famous musicians is somehow an affront to their pursuit of life liberty and happiness.
August 19, 2025 @ 10:51 am
You literally ARE excusing it, Strait. You’re saying “she shouldn’t have put herself in the situation.” You’re saying she brought in on herself.
JFC, have you no fucking shame at all?
August 19, 2025 @ 11:30 am
No, I quite literally acknowledged the claim of the one woman who says she was raped, (Dependent clause) but please explain to me why anyone would continue to put themselves in a situation for that abuse to continue? Again these two ideas are not mutually exclusive that someone can be a criminal sexual deviant rapist, AND! that women in 2025 have their own agency and should not put themselves in, or continue to put themselves in these situations.
Is the point of this article in part not to serve as some sort of warning to other women?! You all are infantilizing women in the music industry and women who are in the presence of famous people. We’ve had high speed internet for over two decades now and who doesn’t know that sexually-charged famous people, especially black men, are going to have character issues (to say the least)
August 19, 2025 @ 1:29 pm
Strait said “…who doesn’t know that sexually-charged famous people, ESPECIALLY BLACK MEN (emphasis added), are going to have character issues…”
Thankfully Strait has no character issues. 🙄
August 21, 2025 @ 6:45 am
Really? So, now, in addition to victim blaming, you’re going to make racist comments, too?
August 21, 2025 @ 8:58 am
It is sad that Strait’s ‘’…especially black men…’’ comment has received virtually no pushback or criticism from commenters and none from the proprietor. There is no ambiguity about what it is. It isn’t open to interpretation. The hell? Anonymity is the internet standard for a reason.
August 18, 2025 @ 10:32 pm
Jimmy Allen didn’t get “involved” with twins. He sired a set of twins with another woman while married, and while fighting off two sexual assault cases and admitting to having sex with those two other women.
It was brought up numerous times when the initial accusation came out that young women when put in close proximity with an individual in a position of authority, especially in the music business, can be easily manipulated, especially when Allen was taping everything and using it as blackmail, which is something both victims claimed. I have no doubt both women would go back and make different decisions in certain moments if they could. But I’m not sure how much more evidence folks need to conclude that Jimmie Allen probably did not act appropriately around women for this period of his life.
August 19, 2025 @ 6:45 am
I don’t disagree. It’s obvious he is a scumbag – it should be just as obvious that there is a level of responsibility women need to take to avoid scenarios like this if they don’t want to become victims. It’s almost like there is a dark side to alcohol-fueld sexually charged environments. Same reason I wouldn’t ever park my car in Antioch Tennessee and leave it unattended.
August 19, 2025 @ 6:56 am
The most obvious criminal element here is the woman who claims to have woke up after being raped. As for why she continued to work with Jimmy Allen after she alleges he continued to rape her – that begs certain questions. The default excuse is likely “well she was intimitated and didn’t know how to leave and he was her boss.”
Look, if certain women lack enough self agency to leave, or simply avoid these types of situations in the first place then they aren’t responsible enough to be out on their own. It’s funny that whenever it comes to sex it’s not ok to tell women that some of them aren’t rational enough to protect themselves. Someone please tell me how that’s victim blaming? I am not denying Jimmie Allen engaged in criminal, and also depraved behaviour but why is it not ok to tell women to use better judgement to avoid these situations to begin with? There is darkness in the world and it’s childlike behaviour to think you can go anywhere and everywhere and everyone is going to take your best interests to mind.
August 19, 2025 @ 12:25 pm
Strait,
Most people understand what you are saying. There is a certain level of individual responsibility to avoid dangerous situations.
You have to protect yourself out there from the dangerous actors. Watch your drink at parties. Don’t associate with known bad eggs. The world isn’t an utopia.
August 21, 2025 @ 6:47 am
I suppose I shouldn’t be shocked that CK would side with Strait on the victim blaming.
August 21, 2025 @ 7:59 am
I am not surprised that ID has no grasp of nuance what so ever.
August 21, 2025 @ 8:32 am
@CK
“nuance” does not extend to blaming the victim.
August 19, 2025 @ 4:34 am
In other words, you want to blame the victims.
August 19, 2025 @ 7:09 am
You seem like a pretty big scumbag yourself by blaming the victims the way you do.
August 19, 2025 @ 7:24 am
This response is horrifying, Jesus dude.
August 18, 2025 @ 6:51 pm
My grandmother always said that people are no good.
August 18, 2025 @ 7:36 pm
“What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.”
“Try that in a small town”
August 19, 2025 @ 6:21 am
“Try that in a small town.” Huh?
I live in a small town far from any city you’ve ever heard of. I have done so for about half of my life. The implication offered here — I recognize the quote, of course, as from a particularly stupid song — is that we’re a bunch of knuckle-dragging vigilantes who freely punish anyone we don’t like, on no other authority than our own outrage. There’s a name for that: it’s called lynching, and it has a singularly vile reputation, much of it involving Black men as its victims. That Jimmie Allen has gone through through the legal system on his way to what he has coming is a triumph, not a defeat. All of us, rural and urban, can celebrate that.
When crimes happen here, we turn to the rule of law, as have our big-city equivalents. I belong to a volunteer organization which provides county law enforcement with citizen support. You’d be surprised at how sophisticated and effective the justice system is run out in this part of the sticks. We don’t take the law into our own hands, and nobody that I’ve ever met has pined for the instatement of lynch law.
August 19, 2025 @ 9:32 am
Self defense isn’t lynching.
Meanwhile, Diddy begs for a pardon.
August 19, 2025 @ 12:37 pm
Of course all vigilantes claim “self defense,” since vigilantism in itself indefensible in a law-based civilized order. The law is taking care of Mr. Allen. No reason to bring vigilante justice into the discussion, unless the bringer has some reason he doesn’t care to acknowledge openly for so doing.
August 18, 2025 @ 8:41 pm
Well, it looks like Jimmie Allen’s career is wrecked.
That may be all the satisfaction the plaintiff is going to get.
Allen seemed to have some money…..but apparently not enough to hire a lawyer to fully defend him in the case. Hence, the default.
Allen will likely wind up in bankruptcy–voluntary or involuntary–wher a trustee will be appointed to divvy up his assetes among an extensive list of claimints: sex assault victims, paternity suit claimants and others. His estranged wife probaly owns half the marital estate and she keeps that.
I predict that before the year is out, Allen will “find” God.
August 18, 2025 @ 11:43 pm
And every show will end with an “amen” to avoid taxes.
August 19, 2025 @ 8:07 am
What a monster. Good riddance.
August 19, 2025 @ 8:19 am
Not a fan of Jimmie, but choosing to FLY out mans hotel room. I doubt it was misinterpreted as a prayer meetin’. I guess $$$ will take the pain away. #redflagsallaround #callmeoldfashioned
August 19, 2025 @ 8:37 am
No one can get into the mind of a victim. People make stupid decisions all the time – that doesn’t mean that they deserve to be sexually assaulted (men or women) or that they are to blame for the actions of their abusers.
Having said that,a civil judgement for sexual assault means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things. If memory serves me, a court found the current President liable for sexual abuse in a civil case. Didn’t seem to matter to anyone at all.
August 19, 2025 @ 10:55 am
Please. I read a woman tweet that tRump could touch her children an r*p* her, and she would still support him.
tRump supporters are beyond the point of any help.
August 19, 2025 @ 12:22 pm
Sounds plausible.
August 20, 2025 @ 3:00 pm
Hands down worst case of TDS on this site.
August 21, 2025 @ 11:53 am
TDS is believing that a man who has spent his entire life refusing to pay his bills, exploiting everyone around him, saying he would date his daughter if she weren’t related to him, saying about a ten year old girl he’s “be dating her in ten years,” walking in on underage girls at a beauty pageant, is all of a sudden looking out for you and has your best interests in mind.
You’re the one with TDS, not me, buddy.
Go lick those boots, soe more.
August 19, 2025 @ 9:16 am
Jimmie just sent a couple new songs to radio, I didn’t even bother to listen to them when I got the email. I never really liked his music to begin with. It sucks because you’d really just love to see an African American country singer come out singing some stone cold country music. They contributed so heavily to the creation of country music as we know it, yet instead we get douchbags like this guy and ShaboozY
August 19, 2025 @ 9:31 am
What’s Shaboozey done?
August 19, 2025 @ 10:00 am
Made bad country music
August 19, 2025 @ 9:50 am
I think the dots that aren’t connecting are in your brain. Where did you get he had sex with twins? He fathered twins with a woman who wasn’t his wife. Quit blaming the victims.
I bet you weren’t very good at connect the dot puzzles as a child.
August 19, 2025 @ 9:54 am
Sorry, this comment was for Strait on his first comment.

I remember a number of years ago David Allan Coe was in the news in connection with a civil suit which I believe was related to an altercation he had with someone in a casino. I remember watching a YouTube video of him being interviewed outside the courthouse following a hearing on his failure to meet discovery obligations (he was dressed about as ridiculously as you would image for a court appearance) – the exact same problem Jimmie Allen apparently had here.
If that ain’t country…
August 20, 2025 @ 2:57 pm
He’ll try his hand at rapping next.
August 20, 2025 @ 3:05 pm
Actually, he’s gotten into comedy.
August 21, 2025 @ 6:19 pm
The amount of victim blaming in the comments is ridiculous.
Victim blaming is so easy in hindsight. “If only she hadn’t gone there, then this wouldn’t happen” Bullsh+t.
There are girls (and guys) going to hookups all over the world at every moment of every day.
There are a lot of country songs about exactly that.
Love Addict…. Tight Fittin Jeans… Help me make it through the night….NONE of them deserve to feel abused after it and NOBODY deserves to be told its their own fault so suck it up.
We all take risks every day, sometimes stupid risks, but EVERYONE deserves sympathy when it goes wrong.
Someone earlier was wondering why victims go back: because people blame them and they think its all their fault and the other person isn’t a problem and they don’t deserve better.
If it was a man who had a chance to hook up with someone like Taylor Swift and flew across the country to be there, no one would be questioning his morals. And they would be sympathetic if unexpected bad sh+t happened.
So STFU about blame, and be sympathetic to the girls, and glad that a piece of sh+t is getting some of what he deserves.
August 23, 2025 @ 7:19 pm
Jimbo can go to (c)rap, where his s*xual assault liability virtually assures him a Number One Album !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
