The Texas country star and the winner of “The Voice” Season 11 was shot Friday afternoon (11-15) in a hunting accident in east Texas. He is currently in the hospital with a gunshot wound that is not expected to be life threatening.
Kudos to Blake Shelton for giving a hand up to traditional country music through his work on ‘The Voice.’ But if he wanted to show true leadership and really make an impact, he would show that same leadership with his own music.
Yesterday amid many calls for my opinion and participation, I finally tuned into The Voice finale to see what all the hubbub was about … just in time to see Sundance Head performing with KISS. I promptly returned to the Dolly Parton telethon.
