Woman Wanted After Shooting 5 at Dierks Bentley Bar
Denver, Colorado police are seeking Keanna Rosenburgh on eight counts of “Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder in the First Degree” after she opened fire in front of Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row bar on Saturday, September 16th, injuring five people. Luckily, none of the injuries were life-threatening. Rosenburgh is currently on the loose, and a reward is being offered for her capture.
According to witnesses, the incident began at Whiskey Row on the 1900 block of Market Street of Denver when the suspect was stopped by security at the bar before entry. Security staff believed she was not using her own ID. At first Rosenburgh walked away, but then returned and talked with security staff again, who once again denied her entry.
As Rosenburgh walked away for a second time, she produced a handgun and started firing it indiscriminately at the establishment, injuring five people. None of the five victims are considered to be direct targets of the subject. They were simply in the vicinity as she fired, potentially hoping to hit security personnel.
Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row is a gastropub that operates four locations. Along with the location in Nashville, there are Whiskey Rows in Scottsdale and Golbert, Arizona. The Denver location opened on New Year’s Eve, 2021, and is located in the “LoDo” area, or lower downtown, which has experienced a spike in crime recently.
“We are very concerned about the ongoing criminal activity in LoDo and have been engaged with city officials and neighborhood leaders on how to make positive improvements in the area,” Whiskey Row said in a statement.

I don’t even know what this story is doing here. It has nothing at all to do with country music other than it happened to have happened outside at a bar owned by a country singer.

If people just continue to leave comments that are polarizing and off topic, I’ll just shut the whole comments section down.
I have always reported on crime stories involving country venues. I reported on the death of a man by security at Dierk’s Whiskey Row location in Nashville in 2021, for example. Especially when you have a suspect on the loose and authorities asking the press to help spread the word, it seems like it’s pretty relevant to report.

Police have released her name, in addition to photographs, but refuse to release her age because of her status as a “juvenile”? More charges would typically follow. Can’t legally purchase or carry a handgun. Safe bet the pistol was stolen. Obstruction of justice, etc. However, researching District Attorney Beth McCann’s “restorative justice” advocacy, if had to bet, I would wager safe money that the actual legal consequences meted out once she is apprehended will be extremely minor. WTF is wrong with people? Geez.. The character and morals of some people is so scary. Everyone will be quick to point to drugs, alcohol. I’ve been plenty f’d up and never would act on an impulse to open fire like that.

100% agree. People have to have a severe lack of empathy or don’t care about their own life at all (depression or some type of mental illness, which lack of empathy would also fall under) to do something like that. I don’t get it. I actually proposed on a portion of the engineering work for the renovation of that building to make it the Whiskey Row. The GC I was proposing to didn’t win the work, but I remember telling the client to check out The Hot Country Knights when we were talking about the project, haha.
