Tyler Childers Announces EXTENSIVE Tour for 2025
Tyler Childers isn’t messing around in 2025. He’ll be heading out for one of his most extensive tours in years—since he was playing clubs and selling them out. And he’ll be bringing along a cool host of openers with him.
Long gone are the days of being able to see Tyler in smaller venues. His 2025 tour will also include a couple of stadiums as he remains one of the hottest acts in all of country music. After starting 2025 in Australia where all but a couple of dates are sold out, he’ll be playing throughout the United States, including a two-night stay at Forest Hills Stadium in New York, and another at GEODIS Park in Nashville.
Along for the ride in various combinations will be openers Wynonna Judd, Charley Crockett, Robert Earl Keen, The Hold Steady, Medium Build, Deer Tick, Hayes Carll, S.G. Goodman, Cory Branan, and SOMA, with many dates featuring double openers. This will be one of the biggest tours for independent country in 2025.
$1 from each ticket sold will go to benefit the Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund founded by Tyler Childers and his wife Senora May. Tickets will also be protected from resale markets using Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange. “Childers has requested that all shows ticketed by Ticketmaster use tickets that are mobile-only and restricted from transfer,” says a press release. “For AXS-ticketed events, fans will be able to resell their tickets for face value plus fees through AXS Official Resale Marketplace.”
Tickets will be available for Artist Presale starting Tuesday, November 19 at 10:00 am local time with general on-sale next Friday, November 22 at 10:00 am local time. Presale registration is open now through Sunday, November 17 at 11:59pm ET, full details can be found on tylerchilders.com.

Man, I’m biased since it’s where I call home, but maybe Kansas City just isn’t the draw that I always assume it to be. It’s a big enough city, easy to get in and out of for artists, and basically smack dab in the middle of the states. Always surprises me when it doesn’t show up on these artists’ stops.
No Billy Strings, Sturgill Simpson, Colter Wall, Tyler Childers, Red Clay Strays or Silverada this year, and now no Childers again next year! Gives me more chances to see others coming through town, but bummed to see KC not making the list for these folks.

I feel like KC is getting fewer acts in recent years. Living in Des Moines, I usually hope for a KC or Omaha show (if, as is typically the case, they don’t come through DSM). More and more, I’m having to settle for Minneapolis or, even worse, Chicago.

Looks like this tour is missing almost the entire Midwest, except Ohio and Wisconsin

Your right, Kansas City has no one promoting music anymore. They try to book Sprint Center or Arrowhead which sucks to see shows at. We have a ton of great venues but one to promote them. When we do get a good show, its always on a Wedsday night

Childers did a phenomenal job picking openers for this tour. Very cool!

I don’t know half those people… Soma? Medium Build? The Hold Steady?
I wish Childers did a better job taking out up coming Appalachian artists on tour like Cole Chaney, Logan Halstead, Colby T. Helms, Hunter Flynn, Cody Powers, Tim Goodin….
With that said, I used to be a huge fan of Deer Tick and will seek out one of them shows in the spring.

Woah you haven’t heard of the Hold Steady? I know they’re not country, but they are pretty ubiquitous in the indie scene. Definitely worth a listen.

I like how hes doing the tickets. You would think that would stop tickets from being bought up wholesale since you cant resell them for more. Only caveat is that ticket prices will be higher starting out. Would like to see the show in nashville with Charley Crockett but these presales always go on while im working.

So he’s graduated to the O2 in Blighty — very well deserved, and it blows my mind a bit that I got to see him perform in a small venue in Brighton from near enough the front of the stage about 5 years ago, and then a mini acoustic set in London a few days later. His last London show earlier this year was incredible, and demonstrated just how popular he is over here. A shame the experience won’t be anywhere near as enjoyable from now on!

Blossom Music Center? Damn, that is a massive venue for him and Hayes Carll to be playing. Seriously excited. Can’t wait for that.

I’m gonna have to try to catch him in Nashville. I love everything I’ve seen of him live lately.

Ugh, mamacita, redheads turn me on.
I like the way he sings. too. He´s also a supporter of the LGBT community. Watch the video ‘In Your Love’.
What surrounds country music is very homophobic, I mean its potential audience. Those small town rednecks, they should expand their minds and be more accepting of diversity and stop with the brain eating church bullshit.
I don’t know of any gay singers, other than Steve Grand and his All-American Boy.
Well, that’s my opinion, my parents raised me in a libertarian environment of respect and brotherhood of peoples.
