The annual Healing Appalachia concert will be happening with Tyler Childers headlining the event. Basically anybody and everybody in the resurgent Appalachian songwriter scene will be there.

Though you won’t see any press releases about it, or social media posts about it from their personal accounts, both Tyler Childers and Chris Stapleton have been spotted in the region with their boots on the ground in Kentucky directly helping local residents after the historic flooding.
After two years away due to COVID-19, the annual Healing Appalachia concert event is returning September 23rd and 24th to Lewisburg, WV, with Tyler Childers once again headlining the event that looks to raise funds and raise awareness about the opioid crisis gripping Appalachia, and so many parts of the US.
On Friday, the mercurial artist announced that an upcoming five-night residency at Webster Hall in New York September 28th to October 2nd, as well as a three-night run at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville November 18th to 20th, would also be victims of the ongoing vocal issues.
September 24 and 25th at the State Fair of West Virginia in Lewisburg, the Healing Appalachia concert will happen with a healthy slate of headliners and openers, all working to support a prosperous Appalachia free from addiction, led by Tyler Childers.
